Giving at White Oak

At White Oak, we believe that God blesses our tithes and offerings, multiplying them for His purposes. Our hope is that all who call White Oak home will adopt the discipline of tithing (giving 10% of their income) to the Lord’s work. After all, everything we have comes from God!

In addition to the tithe, we also make offerings from time to time for special purposes. In December, special offerings are given to support global missionaries. In the Spring, special offerings are given for local missions. At other times, offerings might be designated for special White Oak projects.

Tithes and offerings are tax-deductible as White Oak is a 501(c)(3) entity, recognized by both state and federal governments. Our book-keeping practices align with national standards for NFPs.  An annual giving statement, which can be used for tax documentation, is provided for each giver in January. For questions regarding giving, please contact wobc.treasurer@comcast.net
