We are glad you are here! White Oak is a small, traditional church where Biblical truth is taught and people are loved. We gather on Sundays for singing, praying, preaching, blessing, and being blessed. The result is that our lives are being transformed by the saving power of Jesus Christ made manifest through His Holy Spirit indwelling our hearts! Where there was guilt and shame, we have assurance that we have been forgiven and washed clean. Where there was worry and fear, we now live in joy and peace. Where we were bound by sin, we are free! Jesus has changed our lives at White Oak, and He can change yours, too!

Sunday Service

Our congregation gathers in our Worship Center on Sundays for our 11:00 service. Our services are both seeker-friendly, if you are just exploring what Christianity could mean for your life, and discipleship-focused, if you are hoping to deepen your faith and increase your knowledge of Jesus Christ. You can come dressed in your “Sunday best” or jeans and a tee shirt. We just want you to feel at home, valued, seen, heard, and loved.

What to Expect

The music at White Oak is a blend of traditional hymns, gospel songs, and contemporary songs.

  • Classic hymns create a sense of reverence and tradition.
  • Gospel songs encourage participation and joy among congregants, fostering a sense of unity in worship.
  • Contemporary songs resonate with all ages, appealing especially to younger congregants and fostering a vibrant and worshipful atmosphere.

The preaching at White Oak is Bible-based. Every message is designed to speak to both the seeker and the saved, with hope and encouragement for the practicalities of life.

Bible Study

Join us in our Fellowship Hall on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 7:15 to study God’s Word. Lively conversations help us grow in our knowledge, understanding, and application of scripture.

White Oak's History

White Oak Chapel (later named White Oak Baptist Church) began in the winter of 1974 and was incorporated in 1975. The campus consists of the main church building, completed in August 1976, with our Worship Center, classrooms, offices, library, fellowship hall, and kitchen; the Family Life Center, completed in 1989, with a commercial kitchen, and basketball court/multi-purpose space; and the Tree House, a modular building used for classrooms and additional worship service space.
